FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I order a cake from you?
Please get in touch by filling in an enquiry form on our Contact page. Ensure to state your name, contact details, date of your event, number of people to cater for and any other important details. In order to confirm your booking, full payment is expected when placing your cake order.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please allow at least 3 week’s notice for custom made cakes to ensure availability. For cupcakes and all other baked goods, we ask for at least 1 week’s notice. Large orders may require more notice - please ask.
Do you deliver?
Yes! FREE deliveries within the Rolleston area. Elsewhere, please enquire. Pick up is also available.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your booking has been confirmed and your payment has been made, cancellations are not recommended as no refund will be given. Therefore, please ensure that you are happy with your cake order and booking prior to your payment.
How do I store my cake?
It is recommended that your cake is stored in a cool room or your fridge (depending on the type of cake). If stored in the fridge, take the cake out a couple of hours prior to serving to ensure your cake is served at room temperature. Once the cake has been cut, cover the exposed inner layers with icing or cling wrap and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
